Neighbourhood Plan

The final local public consultation on the Neighbourhood Plan took place on 19th March to 1st May with an exhibition in the Town Hall undercroft, paper copies of the plan available in The Plough, Torrington Library and GTTC offices, and an opportunity for the public to feed back comments. The next step is The Plan will be submitted to Torridge District Council in June and then go on to the planning inspector who will either approve it or make recommendations for amendments. It will then be the subject of a referendum in the town.

A lot more information about the Neighbourhood Plan can be found on the neighbourhood plan website: where you will find the plan and associated documents.
